What to do when simple crepes just won’t cut it anymore? Add some cocoa and make chocolate crepe! Even better, stuck them up for a cake!
As I recently have some time, I had been looking on the web a few days ago. On the lookout for new, fascinating tips, inspirational recipes that I’ve never used before, to astonish my loved ones with. Searching for a long time yet could not find too many interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I came upon this yummy and simple dessert simply by chance. The dessert seemed so fabulous on its pic, it called for urgent actions.
It absolutely was easy to imagine how it’s created, its taste and how much my husband will probably love it. Actually, it is extremely easy to keep happy the man when it comes to puddings. Yes, I’m a lucky one. Or possibly he is.Anyhow, I visited the page: Suncakemom and simply used the precise instuctions that had been combined with nice pics of the operation. It really makes life less difficult. I can suppose it’s a slight hassle to take pics down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you will often have gross hands so that i sincerely appreciate the time and effort she put in to make this post and recipe conveniently implemented.
That being said I’m inspired to present my own dishes similarly. Many thanks the thought.
I was fine tuning the main formula to make it for the taste of my family. I can say it had been a terrific success. They enjoyed the flavor, the thickness and loved having a treat such as this in the midst of a hectic week. They basically asked for lots more, a lot more. Hence next time I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am gonna twin the volume to keep them pleased.
This post is based on Chocolate crepes from SunCakeMom
Put flour, cocoa powder, eggs, soda water, milk and butter in a bowl.
Mix until combines evenly.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. For each pancake, brush some melted butter onto pan and cook for about 2 to 2.5 minutes. Flip, and cook the other side for another minute.
Let chocolate pancakes cool before sticking them together.
Squash bananas and whisk whipped cream.
Spread squashed banana and cream on the first crepe then stick the next one on top. Repeat until the last one, decorate then put it in the fridge for an hour.
