Chia Pudding Coconut Milk

Miniature superfood dressed into a dessert form to please us all. Chia pudding is the perfect dessert for reprehensionless indulgence. Tasty and low carb!

As I currently have a little time, I had been surfing on the internet the other day. On the lookout for new, stirring ideas, inspiring meals that I’ve never used before, to impress my loved ones with. Hunting for a long time yet couldn’t discover any interesting things. Right before I thought to give up on it, I found this delightful and easy treat by chance. The dessert seemed so mouth-watering on its photos, that required rapid actions.

It had been simple enough to imagine how it is created, its taste and how much boyfriend might enjoy it. Mind you, it is rather easy to impress him in terms of treats. Anyhow, I got into the website: Suncakemom and followed the step by step instuctions that were combined with wonderful pictures of the operation. It just makes life less difficult. I could imagine that it is a slight inconvenience to take snap shots in the midst of cooking in the kitchen as you may typically have gross hands and so i sincerely appreciate the time and energy she placed in to make this post .

That being said I’m encouraged presenting my own recipe in the same way. Many thanks for the thought.

I had been fine tuning the initial formula to make it for the taste of my family. I can say it turned out an awesome outcome. They loved the taste, the structure and enjoyed getting a treat like this during a busy week. They quite simply wanted lots more, a lot more. So the next time I’m not going to commit the same mistake. I am going to double the amount .

This post is based on Chia Pudding from SunCakeMom

Put chia seed, vanilla extract and agave syrup in a medium size mixing bowl.

Pour in the milk of choice or any liquid of choice.

Leave the bowl in the fridge overnight or at least 15 minutes to let the chia seed do its magic.

When its texture gets creamy and thick it’s ready to be used.

Make layers using fresh or frozen fruit.

Decorate the top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
