Chocolate oatmeal cookies

What’s better than having a nourishing breakfast or afternoon snack in the form of an oatmeal cookie? Having it in chocolate flavor!

As I lately have a little time, I had been looking on the internet the other day. In search of fresh, challenging tips, inspiring recipes that I’ve never tried before, to impress my family with. Looking for quite some time unfortunately could not discover any interesting stuff. Right before I thought to give up on it, I came upon this yummy and easy dessert by chance. The dessert seemed so fabulous on its photos, it required quick action.

It was easy to imagine how it’s created, its taste and just how much my hubby will probably enjoy it. Actually, it is rather easy to impress the man in terms of desserts. Yes, I am a lucky one. Or possibly he is.Anyways, I got into the webpage: Suncakemom and then followed the detailed instuctions which were combined with nice photos of the procedure. It just makes life faster and easier. I can suppose it is a slight inconvenience to shoot pics in the middle of baking in the kitchen as you will often have gross hands so I highly appreciate the hard work she devote to make this blogpost and recipe conveniently followed.

That being said I’m encouraged presenting my personal recipes in the same way. Many thanks for the concept.

I was tweaking the original formula to make it for the taste of my loved ones. I must mention it absolutely was a terrific outcome. They prized the taste, the thickness and enjoyed getting a treat like this during a hectic week. They ultimately asked for even more, a lot more. Hence the next time I’m not going to make the same mistake. I am going to double the quantity to make them pleased.

Grind the oat and pour it into a big bowl. It’s an optional step skip it for a more oatly experience.

Squash the bananas, grate the apples, cut up whichever dried fruit we chose to use and put them into the bowl with the eggs, baking powder and the cocoa powder.

Cut the butter into slices mix and dough the whole paste until even and smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking tray. Flatten them slightly.

Place them into a 356°F / 180°C preheated oven and bake them for about 15 minutes.
